Thousands of homes burned in Palisades, Eaton fires; more days of fire weather ahead

The Los Angeles Times provided an update on the continuing wildfires burning across Southern California, noting that they have resulted in five deaths, more than 2,000 structures burned and at least 130,000 residents placed under evacuation orders.
