CA Wildland Firefighting Legend Clayton Dies

Wildfire NOTD subscriber Brian Fennessy, San Diego Fire-Rescue's Fire Chief, honored the memory of wildland firefighting legend Bill Clayton, the most decorated firefighter in the history of CAL FIRE, who was a multiple winner of the Medal of Valor, the highest award given to firefighters in the state.
