WILDFIRE NEWS OF THE DAY - 071908

Fewer fire stories in the news today, perhaps as a result of successful suppression in the Northern California wildfires. First up, more debate about a wildfire tax in San Diego, followed by a couple of stories about firefighters' progress up north.
