WILDFIRE NEWS OF THE DAY - 080108

There were a few fires around the country today, beginning with a couple of small brushfires in LA and San Diego Counties. Two stories follow that provide info on the fires outside Yosemite. Fires have also been reported in Utah, Wyoming and Montana, as well as Colorado. The PUC report on the San Diego wildfires of 2007 has been reported for another month. And the Turkish wildfires are now threatening some of their historical sites.
