California auditor faults counties, state for lack of wildfire disaster planning
In a report released Thursday, a California Auditor faulted state officials and local governments of failing to adequately set up "plans to alert, evacuate and shelter" residents of Sonoma, Ventura and Butte counties as wildfires swept through communities there over the past three years.
