More than two dozen recommendations from a Congressionally-established wildfire prevention and mitigation commission are incorporated in the EMBER (Enhancing Mitigation and Building Effective Resilience) Act, unveiled Thursday by U.S. Senator Mitt Romney, which outlined the urgent need for an expanded workforce to mitigate wildland fires.
