Southern California Edison has put almost 40,000 of its customers in Ventura County on notice that their power might be shut off because of increased concern about wind blown powerlines causing wildfires through Monday night amid Santa Ana wind conditions, which should abate on Tuesday, but could return to Southern California even stronger on Wednesday into Thursday.
