Exploding Pacific Northwest wildfires pose health risks, air quality issues throughout West

Following a weekend when Washington and Oregon were pummeled by more than a dozen large wildfires burning through wilderness areas of the Pacific Northwest, forecasters predicted that smoke will begin to shift from the Pacific Northwest into the Upper Midwest today.
