A Call To Action, Update, Rev. 15.0

Wildfire NOTD subscriber Michael Rains, a former Deputy Chief of the U.S. Forest Service, sent along Revision 15.0 of his Call to Action with the following comments: "This will be the last update as the 2022 fire season begin to close. Thanks again for all the help this year to keep A Call to Action current. We hope additional support will take place and indeed a national emergency will be called. All indications are the 2023 fire season will be even more destructive that this year."
