Rains, a former Deputy Chief of the U.S. Forest Service, sent along a Graphic Organizer from A Call to Action [Rev. 17.9] with the following comments: "Click on the Graphic Organizer, and once there, click on the Page 6 box [upper right hand corner]. Given present challenges with wildfires, the National Wildfire Institute and many others have taken a very strong stance against fighting fire with more fire. They are advancing a very simple message: First, Put Out the Fire. See why."
