NASA Ames researchers working on technology to improve firefighting from the air
On Tuesday, NASA researchers based out of the Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California, performed their first wildfire test flight mission using their new airspace management technology, which aims to help crews fight wildfires 24 hours a day, even during low-visibility conditions.
