In a new study published in the journal Earth System Science Data, the University of Melbourne, Australia's second annual "State of Wildfires" report warns that climate change has increased areas burned by wildfires by a magnitude of 30 times in some regions in the world, totaling 3.7 million sq km - an area larger than India.
