As drought outlook takes shape, preparations begin for wildfire season in Southwest Colorado
Following the release of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's updated seasonal drought outlook on March 17th, which suggests Southwest Colorado and much of the state will see drought through June, the Durango Fire Protection District is gearing up for a busy wildfire season.
